High-End Residential Cleaning & Maintenance TechnicianSan Diego, CA (Oceanside, Vista, Clairemont areas)$20/hour + Tips + OvertimeFull-Time | 40+ hours/week (OT + some weekends)About the RoleWe are a growing, owner-operated high-end residential cleaning and home maintenance company serving luxury homes throughout San Diego. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable individual who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a small business.What You’ll DoPerform deep cleaning of high-end homes (4,000–10,000+ sq ft)Service 2–4 homes per day depending on size and scopeComplete full-service cleaning:Floors, carpets, windows, dusting, pet hair removalKitchens, ovens, fridges, sinks, garbage disposalsBathrooms, grout, master showers, patiosUse specialized equipment (steamers, vacuums, solar panel cleaners, etc.)Perform ladder and rooftop work when neededAssist with floor restoration and solar maintenance tasksIdentify and report property issues (leaks, damage, etc.) via emailWork directly with the owner initially, with opportunity for independent work over timeWhat Makes This Role ChallengingHighly physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling, scrubbing daily)Working around high-value items ($30K+) with zero room for mistakesClients expect top-tier results without supervision or interactionRequirements (Must-Have)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor dailyHigh attention to detailProfessional appearance (clean-cut, presentable)Comfortable using chemicals, tools, ladders, and rooftopsStrong communication skillsMust pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana)Preferred (Nice to Have)Cleaning, maintenance, or trade experienceExperience working in high-end/luxury homesAbility to upsell services or bring in new businessProperty management or home inspection awarenessWhat We Offer$20/hour + tips + overtimeGrowth into more responsibility and independence
