If you are passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to contribute to our success and advance your career with us.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the region.Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand network and promote company offerings.Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all regional sales activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory-based roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong knowledge of sales principles and practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to travel extensively within the assigned regionProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and partnersSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachValid driver's license
