Property Manager

Job DescriptionNellis Corporation, a Potomac-based real estate investment company is seeking a property manager to oversee a variety of properties including commercial shopping centers, single-tenant retail, single-tenant restaurant properties, and industrial properties.The portfolio of properties will be spread throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area and includes some out-of-the-area properties with more limited management responsibilities.The Nellis Corporation website can be viewed here: https://nelliscorp.com/Job responsibilities include:managing tenant relationsoverseeing rent collectionsbudgeting and pass-through reconciliationsbidding, engaging and managing vendors and contractorsoversight of limited construction projectsinvoice processingvisiting properties, conducting inspections, and meeting with tenantsspecial projectsWe are seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial property management. This job is ideal for someone that enjoys variety in their work.
