Email Production Artist with an eye for design3-month CONTRACT with strong possibility to extendREMOTE-40 hours a week working PST hoursMUST HAVE STRONG FIGMA TO BE CONSIDEREDMUST LIVE ON WEST COAST TO BE CONSIDEREDOur agency client is adding on an Email Production Designer to their current team due to an increase in workload with their large retail client. This person needs to be a Production Artist with an eye for design who is WELL versed in FIGMA to help put together all kinds of targeted emails. The retailer client is transitioning from Adobe to a Salesforce platform and will need to redo all the email templates to the new platform. This could be up to 100 templates as well as a playbook/guide for best practices. The work will be following set templates, so it’s HEAVY production, but they prefer candidates to have a good eye for design to make design adjustments if needed. The client is also transitioning from XD to Figma. Lastly, this retailer client does daily, weekly, monthly promotions and with that comes all kinds of email communication campaigns to be versioned out, based on audience segment, brand, and/or region.Additional information: This person will work with an internal team of 3 design professionals and report to the Creative Director. You will also participate in daily status calls run by the Project Managers and Coordinators ensuring all deliverables are being produced as requested by the Creative Brief. At any given time, one will be working on 6-10 emails in play at various stages of the life cycle with 1-4 deliverables per day.
