Lead Analytics Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.This role will shape the analytics foundation that supports data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams. You will design and scale data models, improve telemetry and reporting quality, and help ensure analytics solutions are performant and consistent. The position partners closely with studio, game analytics, and broader technical teams to support new title launches and ongoing platform growth.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $141,900 – $212,900 annuallyResponsibilities Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to scale the analytics platform Design and validate in-game telemetry with studio teams Build efficient data models for new title launches Expand the use of technologies such as dbt and Airflow Take ownership of data models for specific games Ensure consistency and performance in data analytics solutions Work closely with Game Analytics and studio colleaguesQualifications 5-7 years of experience in analytics or engineering roles Proficiency in SQL on OLAP databases, preferably Redshift Experience with data modeling tools like dbt or SQLMesh Ability to translate business needs into data models Passion for Big Data technologies Commitment to quality in database development Bonus: degree in Computer Science and familiarity with AAA game developmentBenefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) matching program Paid time off and wellness program Employee discounts for the company's products Potential eligibility for a bonus packageOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
