Do you have a knack for numbers and a talent for finding cost-effective solutions? We're looking for an Estimator to join our team at Bolger, a leading multi-dimensional printing organization with a rich history of innovation and excellence.Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely production cost estimates for customer printing jobs, ensuring profitability and fairness for both the company and customers. Collaborate with sales teams, account executives, and customer service representatives to provide recommendations and guidance on job requirements and options. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the printing industry, including production processes, costs, and trends. Analyze job costs and billings to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency. Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate quotes and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through workshops, training, and self-directed learning.Job Requirements High school education with two years of Graphic Arts education or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of related estimating and purchasing experience in the printing industry. Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in operating business office equipment, including computers. Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, and customers.
