Our Early Intervention ABA Program focuses on building communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized goals and child-led learning. Our Linden Explorers Program is designed to support school readiness by blending ABA strategies into a structured, preschool-style setting that promotes peer interaction and independence. Each child’s program is tailored to their unique strengths and needs, all within a natural, play-based environment that supports development in a way that feels fun and meaningful.Job description:The Linden Center is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team! Our center specializes in play-based ABA therapy for children ages 2–8 years, offering a nurturing, preschool-style environment with thoughtfully designed spaces that promote movement, creativity, and growth.Position Details:Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PMLocation: On-site, center-based (no travel required)Setting: Group play therapy rooms in a naturalistic preschool environmentWhat We Offer:15 paid holiday break days built into the yearly calendar (in addition to PTO and sick time)Competitive benefits packageSupportive, collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentKey Responsibilities:Conduct intake and functional behavior assessmentsDesign and implement individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principlesProvide ongoing training and supervision for behavior techniciansCollect and analyze data to monitor client progress and update treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordination of careMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standardsQualifications:BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBLBA licensure in MichiganExperience working with young children on the autism spectrum (preferably ages 8 and under)Proficient in assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, etc.Experience leading parent training and team collaboration meetingsCompletion of 8-hour supervision training (or willingness to complete)CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)Essential Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of BACB ethical guidelines and clinical best practicesSkilled in data collection, behavior analysis, and group lesson planningExperience in supervising and mentoring behavior techniciansIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a creative and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
