Appliance Installation Assistant

Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a customer-focused mindset. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various household appliances, including washer/dryer, stove/refridgerator, over the range microwave, dishwasher, etc., ensuring they turn on and operate efficiently and meet customer expectations. Must have own transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Operating a pallet jack and hand truck for loading/unloading, heavy lifting as required, and familiarity with straight/box truck lift gate operations is essential. Your expertise in customer and field service will be vital in delivering high-quality installations. Duties Install household appliances according to specifications and schematics Assemble components and ensure all installations are completed safely and effectively Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process Conduct initial maintenance check on installed systems to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards Experience 6 -12 months of hands-on experience is ideal in appliance installation or field service roles, but not required Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team as an Installer where your skills will contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our customers while working in a supportive environment that values your expertise!
