This is a role for someone who loves doing the work not just directing it. You’ll personally keep BENEV’s systems, infrastructure, and end-users running smoothly, and you’ll do it with real ownership and autonomy.This is also a role with a future. High performers who demonstrate both technical excellence and leadership instincts are positioned to grow into a formal IT management role with broader strategic scope, team responsibility, and a seat at the table as we scale.You’ll work closely with our Associate Director of AI & Intelligent Automation and our CEO, partnering cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources and external vendors.What You’ll Do•   Own day-to-day IT operations — monitor systems, resolve issues, manage user accounts, support onboarding/offboarding, and keep the environment running smoothly across hardware, software, cloud, and networking•   Be the go-to for end-users — provide responsive, high-quality support for all BENEV employees; establish and meet SLAs and service KPIs•   Administer enterprise systems — including Microsoft 365, Azure, HubSpot, Domo, QuickBooks, ERP, QMS, and related platforms; partner with Sales Operations on reporting, data, and systems issues•   Execute cybersecurity and compliance controls — manage endpoint security, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery; support GxP compliance and audit readiness•   Leverage AI to work smarter — use AI-powered tools for incident triage, automation of repetitive tasks, and IT process optimization in collaboration with our AI & Intelligent Automation team•   Be financially engaged — track IT spend, manage vendor contracts and renewals, and partner with Finance to keep costs lean as we scale•   Grow into leadership — contribute to the IT roadmap, lead projects, and mentor team members as the function expandsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired•   Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience•   4–7 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or systems administration•   Proven ability to personally execute IT work across systems, endpoints, and users — this is a doing role•   Solid working knowledge of Windows/Mac, networking, Microsoft 365, and Azure•   Experience with cybersecurity principles, access controls, and endpoint management•   Strong troubleshooting instincts, communication skills, and a genuine customer-service mindset•   Financial awareness — comfortable tracking spend, evaluating vendors, and contributing to budget conversationsPreferred•   Experience in pharma, biotech, medical aesthetics, or another regulated environment•   Familiarity with GxP systems and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance•   Experience with AI/automation tools applied to IT operations (AIOps)•   Prior support for Sales Operations or Commercial teams•   Informal experience mentoring or leading technical peers•   MUST be able to work on ground full-time in our Mission Viejo, CA officeWhy BENEV•   Real ownership from day one — you run IT, not just tickets•   A defined path to leadership — this role is built to grow with you•   Cutting-edge environment — we actively invest in AI-enabled operations•   Cross-functional visibility — you’ll partner directly with senior leadershipWhat’s In it for You:•   Medical, Dental & Vision – Employee Only Paid for by the company•   401k – 3% match•   Vacation, Holiday & Sick Time•   Hybrid opportunity – 1 day wfhSalary Range: $95k to $120kBENEV is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
