Cayman Islands Licensed Audit Senior

A company is looking for an Audit Senior to join their team in a 100% remote position. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations Perform NAV calculations and understand fund structures Assess and test internal controls and risk, emphasizing SOX compliance Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Accounting and Finance industry Proven experience with financial statement preparation, NAV calculations, and fund structures Strong knowledge of financial instruments and fair value accounting A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or similar certification is a plus Experience with hedge funds, private equity, or investment funds is highly desirable
