Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Concrete Foreman position located in the Greater Cleveland area. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for supervising and managing the daily activities of the construction team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include formwork carpentry, operating heavy equipment, delegating tasks, maintaining equipment, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring safety compliance. The Concrete Foreman will serve as a key point of contact between workers, subcontractors, and project managers. Qualifications Supervisory experience and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment commonly used in concrete construction.Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, subcontractors, and project managers.Knowledge of formwork carpentry and formwork systems, especially for foundations and walls. Experience with structural decks is a plus. Experience with routine maintenance of construction tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.Commitment to safety protocols within construction environments.Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings accurately.Previous experience in concrete construction is highly preferred.
