Job DescriptionCommercial EstimatorWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our client's team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in diverse commercial projects. The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive bids, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate and competitive bids.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.Review and refine estimates based on project requirements and feedback.Track and manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Estimator in diverse commercial construction projects.
