Endocrinology Opening in Indiana Located in Elkhart, IN.Full time, permanent.Job Description & Schedule-For an incoming endocrinologist, one can expect a Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and a Friday 8-12 schedule.-One will be working outpatient only with appropriate medical support staff.-Due to the volumes of the practice, a provider will be able to walk into a busy practice from day one.-Patients are scheduled in advanced and we would be open to discussing volume.-Our patient panel and age range starts at 18 years and older.-Typically our most common patients are diabetes, hypothyroidism, thyrotoxicosis, and osteoporosis.-There are no call expectations or inpatient duties with this position.-The EMR system is Athena.Compensation & Benefits-Base: $300,000-320,000.-wRVU bonus: greater than 25% MGMA median.-Average 1-2 year to partnership (once you cover your base).-Access to Value Based Care Incentives.-Overall earning potential: Dependent on production.
