Job Title: Oracle CX & Service Cloud ConsultantRemote + Travel (travel to Boston, MA)Long Term ContractJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX & Service Cloud Consultant to implement and support customer experience solutions, with a strong focus on Service modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Oracle CX applications to enhance customer service operations and overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Implement and support Oracle CX Service (B2B/B2C Service) solutions.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.Configure service modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, SLA, Service Requests, and Contact Center capabilities.Work on integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems.Perform testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and post-go-live support.Troubleshoot issues and provide continuous improvements to service processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and IT.Required Skills:Strong experience in Oracle CX Service Cloud (B2B/B2C).Good understanding of end-to-end Customer Service processes.Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integrations.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (OIC is a plus).Ability to work with business users and deliver scalable solutions.
