Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and takes pride in quality work. Responsibilities · Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, package units) · Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections · Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues · Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations · Accurately complete service reports and documentation · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment · Work independently and as part of a team · Represent AirPros with professionalism at all times Qualifications · 3+ years HVAC service experience (commercial preferred, residential a plus) · EPA Universal Certification required · Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills · Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read wiring diagrams · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record · Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions · Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred (Not Required) · Experience with chillers, boilers, or large commercial equipment · NATE certification · Controls or BAS experience What We Offer · Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) · Overtime opportunities · Company service vehicle · Company-provided tools & equipment · Paid holidays & PTO · Training and advancement opportunities · Stable work with a growing company Why Join AirPros?
