North Fork Table & Inn is a well-loved spot on the East End, known for showcasing the best of Long Island’s farms, vineyards, and waters. The restaurant is located in a historic countryside home in Southold, Long Island. We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest's needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Engage with guests and confidently talk about our food and drink menus. Assess guest preferences and make recommendations. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Qualifications: Proven working experience as a bartender. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. Relevant training certificate (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
