This role requires prior warehouse experience and a demonstrated understanding of procedures, quality expectations, and warehouse technology.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment activitiesUse RF scanners and other warehouse systems with minimal supervisionOperating powered industrial material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Combilift)Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standardsIdentify and report process or safety concernsTrain, mentor, and provide guidance to Warehouse Associate employees.Escalate inventory damage, shortages, or issues to a team lead or supervisorWork Schedule: This position is on the night shift working 12-hour rotating shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.
