Profession RN collaborates with care team participates in interdisciplinary care and advocates for patients./ppRoles and Responsibilities:/pulliProfessional RN Demonstrates: time management, critical thinking, delegation and prioritization/liliAssessment, monitoring, recording and reporting changes in patients conditions./liliAdvocates for patients, practices ethically and professionally within their scope./liliMaintains clinical competency specific to their care areas including organization-required education within stated timeframe./liliCoordinates care with interdisciplinary team/liliDocuments appropriately and thoroughly in EMR./liliPromotes EBP and best practices related to patient care./liliParticipated in unit councils and staff meeting./li/ulpRequired Skills and Experience:/pulliGraduate of Registered Nursing Program/liliCurrent NYS RN licensure/li/ulpPreferred Skills and Experience:/pulliPrior patient care and customer service experience/liliAs required in care area may include CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS or specialty certification/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMay require lifting (up to 50 lbs), may require sitting or standing for long periods.
