Nurse Practitioner - Moonachie, NJLocation: Moonachie, New JerseyJob Type: Full-Time On-SiteSchedule: 3 shifts/week, 8am-8pm, every other weekend, no on-callFacility Type: OutpatientAbout the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to provide high-quality care to pediatric and young adult patients. This role includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and delivering patient-centered education.Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up careMaintain accurate and timely EHR documentationEducate and support patients and their familiesParticipate in ongoing quality-improvement initiativesQualifications:Active NP license in New JerseyExperience in pediatric and primary care settingsDoctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited programStrong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with EHR systemsCPR and BLS certificationsNo additional certifications requiredPatient Details:Ages: Pediatrics 0-18; Adults (younger population)Patient Volume: 2-4 patients per hourBenefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance
