Job Description As a Security Officer - Armed Gate Analyst in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a premier residential community, you will coordinate officer activity, track calls for service, support incident reporting, and communicate clearly with residents, staff, and responding personnel. You will help maintain smooth, professional operations by monitoring activity, logging key details, and guiding resources where needed. This is an armed post requiring an armed guard card or license. Monitor alarms, cameras, access control, and radio traffic; dispatch patrol officers and/or maintenance or emergency services as needed based on reported conditions. Receive and triage incoming calls and walk-up requests, document details in activity logs, and relay clear instructions and updates to on-site personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and communications per post orders. Complete shift reports and incident documentation, track key and/or credential accountability as assigned, and support a professional lobby or gatehouse presence at a residential location.Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1 or more years of Law Enforcement/Corrections, Military, Graduate Of Public Safety, Degree in Criminal Justice Possess an armed guard card/license. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
