Learning And Development ManagerThe Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will help our company succeed by training and developing its people by advancing their skills and knowledge. In this role, the person should be passionate about helping people learn and grow.As Learning & Development Manager, You Will...Develop and implement learning strategies and programs for different campuses and countries companywide. (LATAM & future growth into the global environment)Design trainings, career plans and development projects for employeesWork with visual content-creators and instructional designers, as well as trainers and L&D specialists in the planning and implementation of training & development programsMaintain budgets and relationships with vendors and internal clientsCreate and execute learning strategies and programsEvaluate individual and organizational development needsImplement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)Design and manage courses, workshops, and other trainingsAssess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunitiesHelp managers develop their team members through career pathingTrack budgets and negotiate contractsHire and oversee the Visual Design and Instruction Design team in the creation and implementation of training programs and other learning and development techniquesAs Learning & Development Manager, You Need...BS/BA in Education, Psychology, or a related field (required)Masters Degree in Education, Human Resources or similar (preferred)Professional certification (e.g. CPLP)Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Instructional Design Manager, Training Manager or similarExperience in visual design, graphic design or video production or similar is a plusCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practices, and designing coursesProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Experience in project management and budgeting is requiredDeep passion for collaboration and learningExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport with clients and interact with team members at various position levelsAbility to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated, progressive leadership and management skills, preferably in a related environmentAbility to develop employees through positive motivationAbility to adapt to change and innovationSharp business acumenIntouchCX provides and promotes equal employment opportunities in accordance with all applicable laws of Guatemala and the principles of natural justice.
