This role leads multiple data workstreams, drives SAP data migration and conversion initiatives, and bridges technical and business teams to deliver compliant, high-impact data projects. This role supports remote work with east coast working hours required.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple concurrent data workstreams and project teams Drive end-to-end SAP data migration and data conversion initiatives Partner with technical and business stakeholders to develop comprehensive project and resource plans Engage cross-functionally with all organizational levels, from data engineers to CIO Ensure all data handling meets Life Sciences GxP compliance standards Qualifications10+ years of experience managing multiple data workstreams and teams Proven SAP Data Migration and data conversion experience Life Sciences and GxP data compliance and data handling expertise Cross-functional experience with demonstrated exposure to all organizational levels Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to build project and resource plans Availability to work east coast hours Compensation$75-80/hour
