This role is central to creating an environment where high-quality medicine and exceptional service can thrive.You WillLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospital teamOversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance managementPartner with clinical leadership to support patient care and hospital growthDrive operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and team engagementManage client experience, including resolving concerns and supporting service excellenceCollaborate with Area Leadership to set and achieve operational and financial goalsThis role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, balancing people, operations, and business performance to keep the hospital running smoothly.What We’re Looking For3+ years of leadership or management experience (veterinary experience strongly preferred)Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teamsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft OfficeCertified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) is a plus, but not requiredCompensation$60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experienceBenefitsCompetitive salaryPaid time offComprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans401(k) with company matchGenerous pet discountPaid holidays
