Drivers play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment-this could be a great fit.What You'll DoSafely transport, deliver, pack, and install high-value furniture and artworkLead crews on projects and communicate job expectations clearlyPrepare and maintain project documentation including:Condition ReportsBills of Lading (BOLs)Supply ListsInvoicesInventory and Matrix sheetsTag, photograph, measure, inventory, and consolidate items for storage or transportMaintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, tools, and equipmentTrain and mentor team members on proper handling, packing, and installation techniquesEnsure safe handling and movement of client property at all timesIdentify and resolve challenges during installations, moves, or packing operationsOperate tools and equipment safely and efficientlyFollow all driver safety standards and vehicle proceduresReport damages immediately and complete required documentationCollaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project completionWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent2-3 years of experience in moving, packing, delivery, installation, or logistics workPrevious customer service or team leadership experience preferredValid Texas Driver's License and proof of insurance requiredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsProfessional demeanor with excellent client service skillsAbility to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbsComfortable working in fast-paced and physically demanding environmentsWork Environment & ScheduleTypical schedule ranges between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM based on project needsApproximately 40 hours per weekOccasional overtime, weekend work, and travel requiredUp to 25% travel, including overnight and out-of-state tripsWhy Join?Opportunity to work with a respected leader in luxury logistics and fine art handlingHands-on, team-oriented environmentCareer growth and cross-training opportunitiesExposure to unique high-value projects and installationsSupportive leadership and collaborative culture
