Maintain productivity (85%+) and quality (98%+). Perform basic troubleshooting and enter machine offsets. Verify gauges and follow SPC practices. Ensure products meet quality and customer standards. Follow TS/IATF procedures, 5S practices, and company policies. Record daily production and scrap. Promote teamwork and continuous improvement. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. CNC/machining experience preferred. Knowledge of 5S and lean practices a plus. Strong attention to detail and safety. #LP
