You will need to be Really comfortable with change and embrace chaos. You'll also need to be able to adapt to last minute changes easily.If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, this is a job for you!Administrative Assistant ResponsibilitiesCommunicate and handle electronic communications on behalf of the owner or different departmentsScreen telephone calls, provide information to callersOpen and review all incoming mailErrands and sundriesMaintain filing system and ensure it complies with company policyTrack and order office supplies.Maintain contact lists.Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.Emails, calls, filing related to accounts payable and receivablesAssist operations team with Ad Hoc accounting projects.Skills and Qualifications critical to succeed in this position:Maintains the highest level of confidentialityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to research any topic to find solutionsCan do attitude, the ability to get things done no matter the circumstancesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well under pressure both independently and collaborativelyAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsAbility to learn new software quickly, tech-savvy.Marketing and social media knowledge a plusExperience requiredWe are looking for a candidate with the right attitude that wants an opportunity to grow.Office Location and Work HoursThis position is for our Boca Raton, FL locationAvailable full time or part timeAbility to work within an office environment and remote when possible.
