Job Summary:
New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Tech to join our team in South Easton, MA. As a crucial member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Our mission is to empower every individual to reach their full potential with compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ABA therapy sessions with clients in their homes, community settings, or in-clinic, using evidence-based interventions and strategies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to ensure consistent and effective treatment
Provide support and training to family members and caregivers to enhance their understanding and implementation of ABA principles
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, treatment plans, and communication with team members
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations
