Software Developer (Entry Level)
Overview:
We’re looking for a recent graduate or early-career developer who is ready to build real-world software and grow quickly.
This role is not limited to assigned tickets or isolated tasks. You’ll work on live client systems, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn how software is built and delivered in a professional environment.
We’re especially interested in candidates who take initiative—people who build, experiment, and look for better ways to solve problems.
What You’ll Do:
Contribute to development of custom web applications (.NET Core + Blazor, ASP.NET, SQL, modern web technologies)
Work with senior developers and team leads to implement features and fix issues Participate in project planning, estimation, and testing
Learn how to translate business requirements into working software
Assist with debugging, data handling, and system improvements
Gradually take on more ownership as your skills grow
How We Use AI:
We actively use modern AI tools (e.g., code assistants, LLMs, automation workflows) to accelerate development and improve quality.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Use AI tools to assist with coding, debugging, and learning
Validate and refine AI-generated output to meet production standards
Develop your own workflow for using AI effectively
Continuously adapt as tools evolve
We are not looking for passive users of AI—we are looking for developers who are eager to learn how to use it to become more effective.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or graduating May 2026)
Strong foundational understanding of programming concepts
Experience with at least one modern language (C#, JavaScript, etc.)
Basic familiarity with web development and relational databases
Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions
Evidence of initiative (projects, internships, self-directed learning)
Strong plus:
Examples of using AI tools to build, debug, or accelerate development
Personal or school projects beyond required coursework
