The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring optimal occupancy and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, addressing complaints, leasing apartments, overseeing maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves strategizing to meet property performance goals while fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
