Job Description Job Opportunity: Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) DriverCompany: Deal TransportationLocations: Tsaile, AZ or Rough Rock, AZDeal Transportation is currently seeking reliable, compassionate, and safety-focused drivers to join our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team. This role is essential in helping patients safely travel to and from medical appointments and healthcare facilities.Job ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a non-emergency medical transportation vehicleTransport clients to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, and approved destinationsAssist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including securing wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aidsProvide professional, respectful, and compassionate customer service at all timesFollow assigned schedules and communicate effectively with dispatchMaintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and required documentationPerform basic vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concernsComply with all Arizona traffic laws and company safety policiesJob RequirementsValid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving recordMotor Vehicle Record (MVR) — 39-month driving history requiredPrior transportation or NEMT experience preferred but not requiredAbility to assist passengers with mobility needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Arizona roadways and traffic regulationsFlexible availabilityAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningCPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Equal Opportunity & Employment DisclaimerDeal Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
