The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, manage manufacturing processes, and implement efficient production planning to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing resources, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve productivity, cost-efficiency, and delivery targets is a key part of this role. This role will manage 50-60 employees in a multi-shift operation.QualificationsStrong expertise in Plant Management and Plant OperationsProven experience in Operations Management and Production PlanningKnowledge of Manufacturing Operations and process optimizationExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skillsAbility to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standardsMinimum 8-10 years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environmentIndustrial/Manufacturing experience recommended and highly preferred
