Accounting Analyst

We are looking fill a current role with an experienced Accounting Analyst.General Description:Perform various activities to support accounting and billing processes, toinclude GL reconciliation, transaction imports & downloads, and Cardlock configurations andtransactions. Requires attention to detail, organization, a self-starter mentality, and effectivecommunication. Willingness to work independently and as part of a team and an eagerness tolearn and solve ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.Duties and Responsibilities: Support monthly GL reconciliation for wholesale & retail operations Manage Cardlock pricing entry, reporting, and transaction import Perform General Administrative support dutiesFacilitate audits and inventory reconciliationPrepare reports and assist in AR / AP resolution Process EFT draftsSkills And Qualifications Data Entry: High level of proficiency in keying and computer use across multiplecomputer software platforms Communication Skills: Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff toresolve billing errors and perform root cause analysis to determine cause of errors Organization Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize to execute numerous assignmentsin a quick and efficient manner Customer Service: Interface with customers in a clear and professional manner toresolve problems and meet customer expectationsPre-requisites Minimum of a high school degree or GED equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with email communication and email inbox management One to two years of experience working in a clerical or customer service setting isPreferred But Not RequiredPowered by JazzHRxWOBaHjvlC
