Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Troy, MI, for a Senior Electrical Characterization Engineer. The role involves designing and analyzing electrical systems, conducting electrical characterization tests on various components, and ensuring proper function in alignment with automotive standards. Responsibilities include optimizing power systems, evaluating power distribution, and solving complex electrical issues. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced electrical solutions that meet industry-specific requirements. Qualifications Expertise in Electrical Engineering and Electrical DesignStrong knowledge of Electrical Systems and general Electricity principlesExperience with Power Distribution and Power SystemsAbility to troubleshoot and optimize complex electrical designs for automotive applicationsProven ability to analyze and interpret technical data and electrical schematicsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with automotive standards and testing methodologies is a plusBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
