As a Senior Java Engineer You’ll build and integrate solutions for its product suite. The role involves backend development, system integration, and working with enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Develop features in an Agile team Design solutions and participate in architecture discussions Backend coding (JavaJ2EE, integrations, database work) Code reviews, bug fixing, and release support Support UAT & production readiness (data loads, issue resolution) Work with clients to provide technical solutions Must-Have Skills HealthRules Payer experience (mandatory) 6+ years in Java J2EE Web Services (SOAP, WSDL), XML, JMS SQL & database work WebLogic & Linux System integration data migration experience Good to Have ESB tools (Spring, Apache Camel, iWay, Karaf) CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, JUnit) Healthcare payer domain Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Advanced / AI Skills (Important) Experience working with AI agentic development tools Ability to: Define architecture for AI assisted coding Break work into AI-executable tasks Set guardrails for AI-generated code Integrate AI workflows into CI/CD Summary Senior Java HealthRules Payer Integration role with added focus on AI assisted/agentic development, backend systems, and healthcare domain
