2nd Shift LPN - LTC

The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.Minimum Requirements:Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practicesCurrent Health Certificate (if applicable)Current PPD or Chest X-RayOne year prior professional nursing experience preferredCurrent BLS cardSuccessful completion of screening tests for the clinical specialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greaterSuccessful completion of Background Screening ProcessGeneral CommentsPosition DetailsModality: LPN - Long Term Care (LTC) Openings: 1 Shifts: PMs Shift Days: 5x8, every other weekend Hours per Week: 40 Contract Length: 13 Week(s) Start Date: 03/23/2026 Details of Assignment: 13 Week contract within a LTC facility 20 minutes south of Milwaukee. This location has Assisted Living, Memory Care, and some rehab. Nurses WILL be required to float as needed to whatever unit needed.
