Job DescriptionRequirements:Must hold a BCBA certification and maintain credentialing with FL MCD and other insurances as neededGeneral Duties:Supervise StaffProtocol Modification on casesTrain Parents on implementation of the behavior planManage supervision of RBTMaintains certification and credentialing with MCD and other insurances as neededCommunicate with staff about clinical needs for the caseWrite behavior plan and reassessment plans every 6 months Winning Looks Like:RBTs and BCaBAs feel supported, are turning in acceptable notes after session dailySupervision of RBTs and BCaBAs is completed at 5% MINIMUM per client per month.
