There is no certain requirement and the facility will work around the providers availability.Dates/hours the facility is open: Mon-Sun (8a-8p)Job details:Outpatient urgent care clinicOffice space: 6 exam rooms, 1 x-ray, 1 lab, 1 procedure roomWill be solo practitionerSupport staff: 2 MAs, 1 Rad TechCase load: 70% adult medical, 5% pediatric, 5% gynecologic, 10% workers comp, 10% occupational medicineRequired procedures: I&D, sutures, vaginal exams, physicalsMust be flexible to work at various locations within the cityRequirements: Must be Board Certified, have urgent care experience, have a current & unrestricted DEA & TN License.Interested candidates must forward a current CV (Microsoft Word format is highly preferred) to or fax to .
