Agile Project Manager

Job Title: Agile Project ManagerLocationChicago, IL - 3 days a week onsiteLength4-6 months - extension expectedMust-haves:Experience putting together status reports and delivering statusComfortable in front and can manage conversations with leadershipHelp with capacity reporting (in addition to project status)Program management across multiple, delivery manager/RTE experience.Nice-to-haves:In the client interview, ability to discuss/showcase expertise in sharing any reports/tools that can be used/were used for status reporting previouslyTools: MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project; SmartsheetIndustry Experience:Health experience not mandatory, but preferred.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve broader insights into managing work streams and outcomesExperience working in Google Suite in a professional settingCapable of earning trust and influencing stakeholders without formal authority to required resultsProficient with collaboration tools including Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and Microsoft Office applicationsFlexible, collaborative, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain teamwork and optimal project flowExperience managing and contributing to sales proposals by collaborating and negotiating with multi-disciplinary teams to shape a cohesive delivery approach, team shape, and cost estimates to deliver transformative value driven proposalsExperience working with Agile delivery methods like Scrum and Kanban, waterfall and hybrid systemsExperience leading teams to implement digital technologies such as atomic and responsive design, experience management platforms.--
