Customer Service Representative

We're StaffQuick - and we're growing! StaffQuick is a full-service staffing agency with 23 branches located throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee. We support our clients by recruiting top talent for local job openings. We're currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Salem, Illinois.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Pay Period: WeeklyPay Rate: $18.50Paid Time off: 7 Company Paid Holidays off20 hours of PTO after 90 days of employment20 hours of PTO after 6 months of employment2 Weeks Paid Vacation after 1Year of employmentTraining provided!Job duties include, but are not limited to:Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls.Assisting walk-ins, scheduling interviewsComplete data entry in the database for new applicants and check-in's.Organize and ensure completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents.Develop strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines.Maintain weekly audits.Job Requirements:Must have strong customer service skills.Strong computer skills with minimum of 35 WPM.Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.Valid driver’s license and transportationHigh School Diploma.StaffQuick Internal Employee Benefits:Full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in StaffQuick’s PPO Insurance Plan, with options for enrolling family members.
