Software Engineer (Gitlab, US Citizen)

MUST BE A US CITIZEN (ITAR REQUIREMENT). Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a Software Engineer.This position is for Engineer with responsibilities in the Advanced Center for Experimentation and Simulation (ACES) program. We provide training solutions for command and battle staff training using a combination of live, virtual and constructive simulation assets, C2 systems and DIS/HLA gateways. Candidates will focus on the development of a web app based front end controlBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an engineering related discipline with the development life cycle as a software engineerProficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Javascript, Typescript, AnguExperience with Gitlab or equivalent CI/CD toolsExperience with Windows and Linux Operating SystemsDesired Skills:Experience with learning and implementing new tools/languagesExperience integrating newer tools and technologies into established programs to improve software-process efficiencyExperience with designing/developing GUI based applicationsExperience with live/virtual/constructive simulation
