JOB TITLE: Program Coordinator
PAY: $28/hr.
LOCATION: Oakland, CA
Job Summary
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities for four (4) programs including: Team Builds, CREATE, offsite events and volunteers. Reporting to the Director of Programs, this position acts as the first point of contact for the artists and participants involved in each program, provides logistics and day-of-event coordination and obtains feedback from participants to monitor satisfaction and improve future program offerings.
Program Coordinator Responsibilities
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate program activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
