ServiceNow Solution Architect
Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect Location: Dallas, TX (ONSITE) Job Type: Full-Time (FTE) Open for H1B Transfer Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions to support enterprise business processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, architectural acumen, and strong stakeholder communication skills. Key Responsibilities:Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.)Lead the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap development, and solution design for enterprise use casesCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProvide architectural guidance and best practices across ServiceNow implementations and integrationsOversee the configuration, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modulesEnsure performance, scalability, security, and compliance of the platformManage and mentor junior developers and admin teams on ServiceNow best practicesStay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and capabilities, and guide upgrade planningSupport pre-sales and solutioning efforts where required (for consulting-based roles) Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experienceStrong experience in at least three or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, or App EngineProven experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutionsDeep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs), scripting (JavaScript), and workflowsExperience in data modeling, UI policies, ACLs, and performance optimizationServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certificationExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Agile or ITIL practices is a plus Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms like Jira, Azure DevOps, Active Directory, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Automation EnginePrevious consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable
