Founding Engineer - Infrastructure & Security

Their founding team includes leaders from top-tier financial institutions and high-growth technology companies. $25M Series A backed by leading venture capital firms and experienced operators.You will:Be a founding member of the Infrastructure & Security team, responsible for the platform reliability, security posture, and compliance readiness that enables the company to scale with confidenceOwn the companies ongoing SOC 2 Type II compliance, implementing security controls, documenting processes, and working with auditors to achieve and maintain certificationBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code that enable fast, safe releasesManage cloud infrastructure (AWS) including networking, security groups, IAM policies, and compliance-related configurationsStrong experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM)Proven track record implementing security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar)Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and encryptionExperience with observability platforms and building monitoring/alerting systems (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)Experience with secrets management, key rotation, and encryption at rest/in transitExperience in early-stage technology companiesExperience with Temporal for asynchronous workflow orchestrationJ-18808-Ljbffr
