Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Welder, where you will engage in MIG welding on mild and stainless steel to create exhaust systems for various industries, including power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets. While tack welding and assembling exhausts will be part of your duties, the primary focus will be on custom and production-style MIG welding.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems.Tack weld and assemble exhaust systems as required.Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate production.Engage in various tasks throughout the shop to enhance learning and growth.Assist with fabrication work, including operating a brake press, shear, and roller.Essential SkillsProficient in MIG welding, including working with stainless steel and mild steel.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.Experience with metal fabrication and welding techniques.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with plasma cutting and wire feed welding.Familiarity with operating tape measures and brake presses.Welding experience from farm, school, or previous job settings.Why Work Here?Be part of a new company offering significant growth opportunities.
