Oracle CX (Fusion Service Cloud) Principal Consultant

Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking an Oracle CX (Fusion Service Cloud) Principal Consultant with experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud, Service Logistics and related modules and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Service Logistics Cloud, complemented by a broad understanding of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, and Oracle Maintenance Cloud. This role will require leading implementations and contributing to different phases of project lifecycle including leading requirements gathering, solution design. The role will play an important role in the configuration, development, and deployment of the Oracle Cloud solution. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. The person will also guide teams on project processes and deliverables.Required Qualifications:Location for this position is Raleigh NC, Indianapolis IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least11 years of Information Technology experienceCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this timeMinimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, Service Logistics Cloud, and related technologiesExperience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.Knowledge and experience implementing Service Request Management, RMA / Depot Repair, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, Depot RepairSkilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder, Data Migration, Reporting and Analytics.Knowledge of Webservices based integrationProven experience in PoC ideation, creation, and presenting demonstrations to clients.Preferred Qualifications:Perform role of a Principal Consultant at onsite / offshore and work with offshore team on deliverables.Experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud is a plus.Knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, Oracle Maintenance Cloud is desirableShould have done at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology.Good analytical and communication skillsShould be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentAlong with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsuranceLong-term/Short-term DisabilityHealth and Dependent Care Reimbursement AccountsInsurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal)401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary levelPaid holidays plus Paid Time OffThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
