Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We are creating a new category at the intersection of AI, search, and brand visibility, helping brands measure and influence how they show up across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and beyond.In our GTM Strategy and Operations role, you will build and manage the systems, reporting, and insights that drive Profound’s go-to-market engine. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our GTM teams have the clarity, structure, and incentives they need to drive growth efficiently and predictably.What You’ll DoOwn GTM business metrics reporting to drive better decision-making, including sales productivity, rep attainment, and market analysisModel sales incentives and compensation plans and ensure reps are paid accurately and on timeLead flow prioritization and optimizationPerform segmentation and territory analysis to drive focus on strategic accountsPartner with leadership to forecast pipeline, revenue, and productivity with precision and accountabilityDesign and maintain dashboards and analytics frameworks that enable data-driven decisions across Sales and MarketingIdentify and implement process and tooling improvements across the GTM technology stack, including CRM, reporting, lead routing, and attributionCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing Operations to align on targets, coverage models, and reporting definitionsTranslate data into clear insights and recommendations that improve sales efficiency and go-to-market strategyWho You Are2 to 4 years of experience in GTM, revenue, or sales operations with strong analytical and modeling skillsProven experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, or equivalentDeep understanding of sales compensation, pipeline analytics, and territory designHighly analytical with a strong interest in digging into data to find patterns, trends, and opportunitiesComfortable translating data into insights that influence decision-making across leadershipExcellent communicator and collaborator who works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and FinanceExperience supporting fast-growing, early-stage SaaS or AI companies, with exposure to SQL or advanced data visualization toolsLocationThis is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.For this role, the expected base salary range is $120,000 to $200,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
