The Executive Sous Chef supports the culinary leadership team in overseeing kitchen operations across the United Center, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution in a highvolume, eventdriven environment. This role plays a key part in menu execution, team leadership, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support daily culinary operations for events, premium dining, and clubs Execute menus with consistency, quality, and efficiency at scale Supervise, train, and mentor sous chefs and culinary staff Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Assist with food costing, inventory, and waste control Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus, standards, and innovation Qualifications 5+ years of culinary experience; executive chef or executive sous chef experience required Highvolume, stadium, arena, hotel, or banquet experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, event-driven environments with shifting priorities.
