Atwell is a privately owned company with 2,000+ passionate team members across 70+ locations and growing.Atwell is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support our Land Solutions team, with a strong emphasis on title review, land research, and due diligence across right‐of‐way and infrastructure projects.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into records, connecting the dots across property ownership, and ensuring accuracy in land documentation. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes—supporting Project Managers and field teams by validating land data, organizing documentation, and helping keep projects moving forward with confidence.You'll work closely with internal teams including Project Managers, Land Agents, GIS, and Document Management, contributing to projects across energy, utilities, and infrastructure.Project Coordination & Research SupportSupport Project Managers with project setup, tracking, and reportingOrganize and maintain project files, contracts, and land documentation in internal systems (Vision, shared drives, etc.)Coordinate across teams (Land, GIS, Document Management, Payment Services) to ensure alignment on data and deliverablesAssist with parcel identification, landowner research, and contact validationTrack project progress, flag issues, and help ensure timelines and deliverables are metData & Document QualityPerform quality control reviews on land documents and project dataEnsure consistency and compliance with client requirements and Atwell standardsMaintain organized, audit‐ready project files and documentationSupport document workflows, including contracts, invoices, and deliverablesCommunication & Team SupportParticipate in internal and client calls, capturing notes and action itemsSupport preparation of project updates, reports, and meeting materialsCommunicate clearly with internal teams to keep projects aligned and movingWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in land, right‐of‐way, title, real estate, or a related fieldStrong experience with title research, deed review, and land records analysisFamiliarity with county courthouse research, legal descriptions, and ownership structuresExperience supporting infrastructure, utility, or energy projects is a plusHighly detail‐oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organizationComfortable working across multiple systems (Excel, document management tools, GIS platforms preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‐functionallyPreferred BackgroundBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Surveying, Environmental, or related field preferredExperience supporting right‐of‐way or land acquisition projectsExposure to tools like Vision, GIS platforms, or land management systemsPay Range $34 - $40 USD per hourAtwell Benefits Work/LifeGenerous Paid Time OffFlexible work schedules are available for some positionsTenure Awards – Travel vouchers based on travel preferencesCompensationCompetitive compensation packagesAnnual bonuses, spot bonuses and peer recognition awards401(k) match – 1:1 up to 4% of compensationTuition assistanceStudent loan repaymentPaid licensing / certification fees and renewalsFinancial rewards for obtaining licensureEmployee referralsAnnual wellness reimbursement for wellness related items (Gym memberships, fitness trackers, home gym equipment, etc.)Dependent care matchMedical (BC/BS), dental (Delta), and vision (VSP)Family planning & IVF benefitsPet insuranceHealth savings account & flex spending account optionsEmployer paid LTD, STD, and life insuranceMetLife supplemental benefits covering accident, hospitalization, and critical illnessMember assistance program with complimentary counseling sessions, legal benefits, financial consultations, and work/life referral servicesEqual Employment Opportunity Atwell, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
