Mobility Support Specialist

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a Mobility Support Specialist to work full-time in the Waverly, Iowa office. Reporting to the Mobility Support Manager, you will support our corporate customers' end-users to process their requests for mobile services directly with vendors across the world. You will provide 1st, and where necessary, 2nd line mobile device support for our customers' end-users. This position is subject to an in-office schedule of 5 days per week.As a specialist you will:Provide 1st line support to ensure customers' tickets are answered and processed within SLAResolve and supply updates to customers on their incidents and ticketsMaintain a high quality of servicePartner with the Service Operations TeamHandle Customer Phone/Chat and emailsContinuously train in new products to ensure the highest level of supportEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE required:Associate Degree or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)Mobile Device and Service Support experience desiredQueue ManagementNavigating knowledge bases for standard operating processesCustomer ServiceHelp desk experienceZendesk experience is a plusOrder procurementExperience working out of a dynamic shared queueSKILLS and COMPETENCIESCustomer FocusedAttention to detailAnalytical and Problem Solving skillsAbility to work is a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilitiesDemonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skillsStrong ethics, values, trust, and integrityHigh emotional intelligence and critical/forward thinkingAction oriented, results driven, and ensures accountabilityQuality decision makingOrganizational skills and planning/priority settingExcellent ability to work collaboratively and confidentially with all levels in the organizationCalero is an equal opportunity employer.
