It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, working towards specific supervisor targetsActively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer product recommendationsStay informed about current products, trends and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customersSupporting with visual merchandising of the storeMaintain store standards throughout the store, including the back of houseBe a role model for the brand and maintain personal presentation standardsEnsure all products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and product informationProcess transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sales system, handling cash, credit cards and other forms of paymentProficient in using and training the team on how to deal with customer service issuesClosing and opening the store, as well as setting up the cash registerSetting daily team targets and agenda in absence of the managerCoaching and developing sales assistants, supporting them in delivering their sales targetsSupport with inventory management and organization of stockroomReplenish the shop floor as and when necessaryCommunicate daily needs with the management teamSupervise the team and coordinate break timesReport daily activities to the management teamRequirementsHighly motivatedStrong communicatorAbility to stand for long periods and engage in repetitive activitiesAbility to lift in excess of 50 poundsAbility to climb ladders and use a stepping stoolFlexible to work weekends and eveningsMust be eligible to work in the USProficient in English, written and spokenBenefitsWe're an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
